Confirmation

Sacramental preparation for Confirmation is comprised of a  parent meeting, four rituals during the 9:00 AM Mass followed by class in church (attended by the parents, students, and if possible, the sponsor), and a retreat day.

All families must be registered in the parish and students in this program must also be in a regular Faith Formation class or attend a Catholic school.  Confirmation is an Initiation Sacrament.  It is important that the student is an active member of the parish community into which he or she is being initiated.  We ask that your student have regular attendance at both Mass and Faith Formation classes for at least one year prior to receiving the Sacrament.

Adults interested in receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation are also invited to attend these classes. Please call Lynda Monckton for additional information.
